Foxhill Outdoor Arena Hire Terms of Service

Payment in full required to book and implies full agreement with Terms and Conditions.

• Any cancellations must be at least 24 hours of the hire date. No refunds available, however it may be possible to reschedule your booking to another day/time within a 7 day period of hire date. 
• Please get in touch if you wish to bring more than 2 dogs/handlers.
• 5 MPH speed limit is in effect, please park in dog park area (stay off grass) -do not drive your vehicle beyond second gate
• Main gate must be closed on entry/exit. 
• Access the training arena, on foot, beyond the 2nd gate & large shed.
• Be considerate to Foxhill neighbours - do not allow your dog to bark continually especially when left unattended..eg when walking courses etc 
• Dogs MUST be on lead when not training in the arena. This includes from the car to the arena.
• STRICTLY NO LOOSE DOGS OUTSIDE OF THE ARENA  AT ANY TIME.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Stay away from horses at all times.
• Do not allow your dog to toilet in the arena or on any equipment. Any accidents on the arena surface must be cleaned thoroughly with water, bucket and brush to be used for any toileting on equipment. Poo bags to be taken away. Use dog park area if you need to toilet your dog.
• Contact equipment must not be moved, any damage to equipment must be reported immediately and may incur charges. 
• Portaloo and tap located in car park area, be aware that others may be using this area.
• Red Dog Agility do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, damage or illness to any person, property or animal, or for any loss arising or occurring.
• Red Dog Agility reserves the right to decline booking.
